今年はまだまだ暖かい日が多いですね。
本来は霜が降りる頃までは大きくなる里芋をちょっと早く収穫しました。
あまり遅いと、第二子の出産と重なってしまうので、、、。
長男が手伝って（？）くれました(^-^;)。
全部は洗わずに、親芋と小芋がくっついた状態で畑に穴を掘り、かやの刈り草を被せ、上から土をかけておきます。
こうしておけば、寒さにやられることなく、年明け後も出荷ができます。
里芋は皮をむくのが面倒と敬遠されがちですが、下ゆでか、電子レンジで少し加熱してあげると、
手で簡単に皮がむけますよ。
